Contracting Co. is committed to demonstrate and ensure safety, environmental and quality compliance with legislation using a system that follows AS/NZS 4801, AS/NZS ISO 14001 and AS/NZS ISO 9001, together with the standards specified in relevant contracts, codes of practice and other relevant requirements, which are consistent in quality and which satisfy or exceed our customer expectations.
The maintenance and continuous improvement of our services will be assured by:

Work Health & Safety Policy.

WFC Contracting Co is committed to providing a safe workplace, ensuring the health and safety of all workers, contractors and any other person affected by WFC Contracting Co operations.
WFC Contracting Co continually strives to work towards zero harm within its operations by implementing and maintaining an effective work health and safety management system that encompasses all workers and operations. .
Workers and visitors shall cooperate with WFC Contracting Co to assist in meeting its work health and safety duty of care.
We are committed to:

  • Comply with WHS legislation, codes of practice, our clients’ requirements and industry specific requirements
  • Actively engage and consult with our employees and stakeholders, seeking opportunities where we can improve our safety performance
  • Identify the safety hazards and risks within our business, implementing and reviewing measures to minimise any risk to our people, stakeholders and members of the public
  • Provide and maintain plant, systems of work and a work environment that are safe and minimise risks to health
  • Provide any information, instruction, training or supervision to workers of the employer as is necessary to enable those persons to carry out their work or undertaking in a way that is safe and without risks to health
  • Establish measurable objectives and targets that will see continued improvement, aimed at elimination of work related injuries and illness
  • Monitor the health of workers and the conditions at the workplace for the purpose of preventing illness or injury of workers arising from the conduct of the business or undertaking
  •  Communicate and display our WHS Safety Statement to our workers, customers and stakeholders

Environmental Policy.

To ensure effective environmental performance in all activities, W.F.C Contracting Co. is committed to achieving a “Healthy Environment” and aims to integrate environmental considerations with economic, cultural and social factors.
W.F.C. Contracting Co. is committed to pursue the highest possible standards of environmental management in all our operations and is also committed to the prevention of pollution to the environment and community.
W.F.C. Contracting Co. environmental management performance will be maintained and continuously improved by:

  • Compliance with the relevant State, Territory legislation, Federal, State and Local, regulation standards and codes of practice.
  • Promotion of a strong environmental awareness ethic within our code of conduct;
  • Planning, construction and the operation of our equipment in a manner which minimizes any significant adverse environmental impacts;
  • Review and continuous improvement of our environmental procedure;
  • Conservation of resources by the design and production of products to reduce their use of raw materials, packaging and energy in manufacture, and by recycling production wastes;
  • Open and constructive communication with responsible environmental interests, government authorities and the community generally.
